  • The item is unused, and in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • You notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product, with supporting images or video proof.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or modification.

  • Custom-made, special order, or bulk order items.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
